To enrol in the PADI Wreck Diver course you must:

Be at least 15 years old

Hold a PADI Adventure Diver (or qualifying certification)

WRECK EXPLORATION

Learn about different types of wrecks, how wrecks change over time and the hazards you need to consider when exploring them. You'll learn how to research and assess a wreck, plan your dive and select the appropriate equipment and techniques.

Develop the practical skills needed to explore wrecks safely. You'll practise navigation around a wreck, maintaining good buoyancy and trim, and using lines and reels while avoiding potential hazards.

Learn how to survey a wreck and identify points of interest, potential hazards and safe routes. You'll develop the awareness needed to explore wrecks while protecting both the site and the marine life that has made it home.
