Emergency First Response (EFR) teaches essential first aid and CPR skills that can be used in everyday emergencies. The course focuses on practical, hands-on learning and building confidence to respond calmly and effectively when it matters most.

EFR training follows internationally recognised guidelines and is a prerequisite for the PADI Rescue Diver course.
