Guided boat diving

Experience some of Cape Town's finest offshore diving aboard one of our trusted partner vessels. From colourful reefs to historic wrecks, dive sites are selected according to weather, sea conditions and diver certification to provide the best possible experience.

This experience includes two guided boat dives and is ideal for certified divers looking to explore beyond the shoreline.

Boat diving is operated in partnership with one of Cape Town's leading dive operators while your booking and support are managed by Amanzi Adventures.

We’ll meet at our local dive centre at 8:00am, where we’ll complete the required paperwork, check your dive certification and get you fitted with any equipment you need.

Once everyone is ready, we’ll set up and check the equipment, load the boat gear and run through the briefing for our first dive.

From there, we’ll travel to the launch site at Simon’s Town Pier or Miller’s Point and head out by boat to our first dive site. The exact sites will be selected based on the conditions and your experience level.

After the first dive, we’ll have a surface interval and change cylinders before briefing for our second dive and heading back into the water.

Once both dives are complete, we’ll return to the launch site and then back to the dive centre, where you can enjoy a hot shower and hot drink while we debrief the dives and complete our logbooks.
